  • ShopNexus follows a dropshipping model.

  • Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers to the customer.

  • We do not keep physical stock.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and supplier availability:

  • India: 5–12 business days

  • Remote areas: 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics issues, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Some products may include free shipping, while others may have a shipping fee based on weight, location, or supplier.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • ShopNexus is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural events.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

  • In case of confirmed lost shipments, we will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on supplier policy.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.

  • We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.

  • Some locations may have delivery restrictions.
